Residential Cleaning
Deep Cleaning
Move In/Out Cleaning
Airbnb Cleaning
Post-Construction Cleaning
Commercial Cleaning
Service availability may vary based on location, scheduling, and staffing.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments must be booked in advance. Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made with less notice may incur a cancellation fee up to 50% of the scheduled service.
4. Payment Terms
Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and other approved payment methods. Late payments may result in additional fees.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure safe, accessible working conditions for our team. It is the client’s responsibility to secure valuables and provide instructions for sensitive items or areas. If access is denied at the time of service, a cancellation fee may apply.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address the concern at no additional cost.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Perfect Solution Cleaning LLC is not liable for damage due to pre-existing conditions, faulty fixtures, or normal wear and tear. We are also not responsible for items not secured or not disclosed as fragile. Liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if there are unsafe conditions, harassment, or if access is restricted or denied without notice.
9. Policy Updates
